CHELSEA striker Tammy Abraham has told the club he wants a bumper new deal worth £130,000 a week, according to reports.

Reports have it that the Blues forward is keen to be paid the same as fellow academy graduate Callum Hudson-Odoi.

His existing £50k-a-week deal runs until 2022.

But the 22 year old is looking to almost treble his wages if he signs a new contract this summer.

The former Aston Villa loanee is believed to be assessing Chelsea‘s activity in the transfer market before putting pen to paper.

Team mate Hudson-Odoi earns £120k a week plus bonuses after being signed up to a five-year deal back in September.

The 19 year old winger was the subject of strong interest from German Champions Bayern Munich before the Blues stepped in to solidify his future in West London.

New Chelsea striker Timo Werner will collect £170k a week and Abraham is likely to use the two figures as a starting point for negotiations.

Abraham has impressed since returning to Stamford Bridge this season, bagging 15 goals in all competitions.

But the frontman is without a goal in his last ten games and was dropped for Saturday’s 3-0 win at home to Watford.

His replacement Olivier Giroud opened the scoring and may keep the England international out of the side for tonight’s trip to Crystal Palace.
